Thomas Blood EMEA Enterprise Strategist, Amazon Web Services

Ss AWS Enterprise Strategist for EMEA, Thomas works with enterprise executives to share experiences and strategies for how the cloud can help them increase speed and agility while devoting more of their resources to their customers. Prior to joining AWS in October of 2016, Thomas was VP of Emerging Technologies at Experian Consumer Services, where he led an effort to re-architect the technology platform using a cloud-native approach in AWS. Anthony is a technical and product visionary whose career has included 3D graphics, P2P music, internet video, social TV and online communities. In 2016 Anthony co-founded SeedLegals, a revolutionary new legaltech platform that lets start-ups and investors complete the legals needed to build, grow and fund their business, at a fraction of the cost of using a law firm. In 2015 Anthony founded 6Tribes, a world of communities based on shared interests. 6Tribes was acquired less than a year later. Previously, Anthony co-founded Beamly, a social and content network for television, which was acquired by Coty in 2015. Known as “The man behind BBC iPlayer”, Anthony ran the iPlayer and other BBC services from 2007 to 2010, taking the iPlayer from pre-launch to major success story. Helen Arnold President, SAP Data Network, SAP

Ingrid-Helen Arnold was appointed President of SAP’s Data Network by the Executive Board on April 2016 to build a new “data-as a service” business for SAP globally, capitalizing on her strong background in leading SAP’s digital transformation as CIO and Chief Process Officer. In building up this new growth engine for SAP, she works closely with the Executive board and relocated with her family to Silicon Valley. From May 2014 to April 2016, Ingrid-Helen served as SAP’s Chief Information Officer and Chief Process Officer for SAP SE as a member of the SAP Global Managing Board. As an innovation leader with comprehensive experience in reinventing the way SAP runs its business, Ingrid-Helen Arnold drove SAP’s continuous innovation journey in streamlining and rethinking internal processes and systems at SAP. As CIO and CPO, she was responsible for the adoption of SAP’s solution portfolio internally and, as such, renovated key business processes to match SAP’s cloud and platform strategy. Ingrid-Helen worked in close alignment with the business and development to ensure that SAP software is user-centric and innovative. She also ensured that processes and systems are closely aligned in order to strengthen enablement and efficiency across SAP’s lines of business Ingrid-Helen let SAP cloud delivery from May 2014 to March 2015 operating powerful private and public managed Cloud solutions for SAP customers. Sabine Roeckl-Schmidt Managing Director, Deutsche Börse

Sabine Roeckl-Schmidt, Managing Director at Deutsche Börse AG, is heading the area of Human Resources of Deutsche Börse Group since 2016. In this role, she is working on shaping the Area towards an agile, digitised and flexible one, ready to face future challenges. Prior to joining Human Resources, Sabine Roeckl-Schmidt headed Corporate Legal and the Corporate Office. Sabine joined Deutsche Börse in 2003. Sabine started her professional career as an expert with the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Transport before joining the Legal Department of Siemens AG in Munich in 1993 where she specialised in corporate and co-determination law and in the law of merger, demerger and transformation of companies. In 1999, Sabine Roeckl-Schmidt was assigned to the Legal Department of Siemens Shared Services Ltd. in England. Subsequently, she joined the M&A and acquisition finance team of the international law firm Weil Gotshal & Manges in London. She holds a Master´s degree in Law from the University of Munich and a PhD in Law.

Luka Mucic is a member of the Executive Board and chief financial officer (CFO) of SAP SE. His responsibilities include the areas of finance and administration and he has served in this function since July 2014. In July 2013, Mucic assumed the role of head of Global Finance.
